BEFORE YOU PRINT

Good questions.
Clear answers.

How long does printing take?

Digital printing and copies typically take 1–3 business days. Standard business cards typically take 2–3 business days; premium finishes typically take 4–9. Signs, vinyl, booklets and custom work are scheduled with your quote. Turnaround starts after final artwork approval and full payment. We confirm your deadline before production.

Can you handle rush orders?

Rush service is available on select products, depending on our production schedule, material availability and your artwork. Tell us your deadline when requesting a quote. We confirm availability and any rush charge before you approve the job.

How do I pay?

We accept Interac e-Transfer and credit/debit cards. After we confirm your specifications and price, we provide payment instructions. Full payment is required before production. Please wait for those instructions before sending an e-Transfer.

Are the prices final?

Listed prices are starting prices in Canadian dollars, before HST. Your quote confirms the total for the quantity, size, stock and finishing you choose. Design, file preparation, delivery, shipping and installation cost extra unless explicitly included.

What artwork should I send?

A print-ready PDF at the final size is usually the best starting point. For artwork that prints to the edge, include 0.125 inch bleed on each side and keep text safely inside the trim. Use high-resolution images (typically 300 dpi at final size for small-format print), embed fonts or convert them to outlines, and use CMYK where possible. Large-format resolution and templates vary by job — ask us before preparing artwork. We check suitability before production.

Can I upload artwork before it is ready?

Yes. Upload the files you have or tell us you need design help. The form accepts PDF, AI, EPS, SVG, JPG, PNG and TIFF, up to 3 files, 10 MB each and 20 MB total. For larger files, paste a shared download link. Please make sure the link allows our team to access the file. Uploading artwork does not approve it for production.

Do you offer pickup, delivery or shipping?

Pickup is available at 1080 Tapscott Road, Unit 3, Scarborough. Local delivery and Canada-wide shipping can be quoted. Include your destination and deadline in the request; we confirm the cost and timing before you approve. Shipping and delivery time are additional to production time.

Can you install window vinyl and signage?

Ask for installation with your quote. We confirm access, surface conditions, measurements and timing before scheduling. Removal of existing graphics and difficult access may affect pricing. Outdoor vinyl installation also depends on suitable weather and temperature.

Can I reorder a previous job?

Choose “Reorder a previous job” in the quote form. Include an invoice number, approximate date or description, plus your new quantity and deadline. We confirm that we have the correct artwork and specifications, then provide current pricing. Reorders are not sent to production automatically.

What happens after I submit a quote request?

You receive an on-screen confirmation after your request is accepted. Our team reviews the details and artwork, follows up about anything missing, and confirms pricing and timing. A quote request is not an order or a payment. Production begins after the final details and artwork are approved and payment is received.
